Hannah Fenwick
Gender: Female
Hannah is a Mental Health Practitioner
Working days: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
Mental Health Practitioners are experienced professionals with mental health expertise. They support and assess people with simple and complex mental health needs and act as a 'bridge' between primary care and secondary care mental health services. They can also provide support and assessment with conditions such as anxiety, depression, low mood, suicidal thoughts, panic attacks and other mental health issues.
To arrange an appointment with one of our Mental Health Practitoners, please submit a Klinik request with your medical symptoms and this will be triaged by the duty clinician to determine whether your symptoms would be best assessed by a member of the Mental Health team.
