Note: these services are NOT available for Cambois patients currently – please telephone the Cambois surgery for your order.

  • Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by calling our repeat prescription order line: on: 01670 823000. OPEN Sunday evenings to Fridays mornings - 6:00pm to 11:30am. You will be asked to leave your: name, D.O.B, telephone number, medication name and strength, and where you wish to collect the prescription.
  • You can also order repeat prescriptions ONLINE – please ask a receptionist for details.
  • Alternatively you can leave the computer slip from your current prescription at reception or you can send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope.
  • We require two working days to process your prescription and have it ready to collect at the surgery or sent to the pharmacy for processing. Please note the pharmacy will have their own processing time to get your medication ready for you to collect. We recommend that you order your prescription in plenty of time to ensure that you do not run out.

Dispensing

The branch surgery at Cambois is a dispensing surgery.  Patients living in this area will be able to have their medication dispensed to them at this site. You will be advised when you register if we can dispense your medication.  As with repeat prescriptions, please allow 2 working days.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
