Making a complaint

If you are unhappy with any part of the service you receive here at the surgery then you can make a complaint. 

In the first instance you may wish to speak to a member of staff, or the Practice Manager (Jeni Langdown) to see if we can help you.  If you wish to make a written complaint then you can do so here – How to make a complaint– we will respond to you within 2 working days.
