Home visits

Home visits are specifically for patients who are too ill, or physically unable to attend the practice.

Please ring BEFORE 11.00am if you feel you require a home visit and let us know if your condition is urgent. The receptionist will request details of the problem in order that they may pass this on to the doctor, a doctor will then phone you back to assess your medical needs. If you then require a visit this may be on the same day or at a later date depending on clinical need.

For more details about home visits please read our Home Visit Policy

 Telephone Appointments

We offer pre-booked GP telephone appointments.  If your problem can be dealt with over the telephone please speak to reception.

Telephone Advice

If you require URGENT advice from a GP over the phone please ring before 11am where possible – you will then be added to a call list for a GP to ring you back, or another member of staff if appropriate.
